1. Processing and Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer a standard flat-rate delivery fee, and free delivery may be available for orders that meet our minimum order threshold.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched with our local courier, you will receive a confirmation message. Please ensure your phone number is entered correctly at checkout so the rider can contact you upon arrival.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the provided shipping address to receive the parcel and make the exact payment in cash to the courier.
